Pig Grading Information System
Welcome to PiGIS – a Pig Grading Information System for NI producers. This application will allow you to:
- Access grading and weight details for your pigs
- Assess the level of condemnations and over / under weights
- Compare carcass quality over different time periods
- Quantify the difference in carcass quality between your herd and the top producers
- Determine the proportion of your pigs with higher carcass specifications
No need to enter data - your pig carcass data is uploaded automatically from the abattoir allowing you real-time access to quality measurements
